Grounded Life Psychology
Christine Harris is a Clinical Psychologist who offers telehealth specifically to people in rural and remote areas. I'll be in Alice Springs on the 28th June, where I can offer face to face sessions and possibly some intensive EMDR work combined with ongoing telehealth sessions. I support clients who are experiencing depression, low mood, anxiety and who are working through adjustment issues to significant life changes such as parenting challenges, relationship breakdowns and work changes.
I also have a special interest in the following areas:
- Trauma therapy, whether that be a single incident or trauma from negative childhood experiences that haven't been fully processed and have an impact on your current quality of life
- Fertility Counselling
- Telehealth for health workers (and others) in rural and remote areas
