Linkup Australia began services in May 2018 and is a respected provider of NDIS disability services. Our organisation was established in response to the lack of suitably accessible housing and the limited choice of flexible, person-centred supports for people living with disability in the Northern Territory. 

Linkup Australia is an NDIS registered provider and can assist you with a range of NDIS-funded supports suited to your needs. We offer our services in Alice Springs and Greater Darwin Region.

Our Services

NDIS Support Coordination - LinkUp Australia can strengthen your capacity to understand and make the most of your NDIS plan.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Accessible Disability Housing - LinkUp Australia provides daily living services onsite in your home and/or within our SIL program. Our SIL program offers fully accessible accommodation to meet your housing accessibility needs.

Short and Medium-Term Accommodation - We provide Short & Medium-Term Accommodation, with standard & accessible options.

Assistance with Daily Living Activities - LinkUp Australia provides support to assist with daily tasks to build capacity and develop your skills to live as independently as possible.

Social & Community Access - LinkUp Australia provides assistance to travel to access services and participate in the community.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) - SDA is a range of housing that are constructed to be more accessible and enable safer delivery of everyday supports. Our goal is to assist and improve quality of life for people living with disability through providing SDA Homes that reflects the need for equal opportunity and access to quality independent living.

Nursing Supports - LinkUp Australia provides supports to our High Complex Needs participants through nursing assessments, wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, insulin administration & various other high intensity services.
